Funzpoints RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. General Participation Rules

Purchase does not enhance a participant’s chance to win.
Purchasing will not increase your chances of winning.
The contest is subject to all applicable laws.

2. Organizer Details

Sweepstakes are sponsored by Woopla Inc., 292 Charlotte Street, Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Woopla Inc. is responsible for contest planning, entries and prize fulfilment.

3. Who Can Participate

Minimum age 18 (or the age of majority in your state).
All contests require an account to participate in. Accounts are free!
It is not valid in Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada and New York.
Woopla Inc., its employees, and all affiliated companies are excluded from this offer.
No laws of any type, anywhere, internationally or otherwise, are to be broken by participants.
Entry is acceptance of all rules and final decisions by the sponsor.

4. Timing of Promotions

Sweepstakes and big wins rotate on a 24-hour cycle.
Each round of the competition begins at noon UTC (midnight Universal Time Coordinated).
Responses received after midnight are incorporated into the next day’s contest.

5. Game Modes on Funzpoints

Standard Mode (For Fun)

Games are played with non-monetary Funzpoints, which can be wagered and won but not redeemed for cash.
Free Standard Funzpoints are received every 3 hours or earned through some aspects of the website.
Without purchases, you have the ads and locked games.
Buy games to unlock them, remove ads and activate booster games for 30 days.
Unused standard Funzpoints are forfeited upon account closure or inactivity.

Premium Mode (For Prizes)

Utilizes Premium Funzpoints, which are acquired through purchases or in other freeways.
They are all premium games with no ads.
Terms and conditions apply Qualifyingapply. Qualifying winnings may require real money redemption according to the terms and conditions.
Buy Premium Funzpoints & redeem them once for Cash.
All jackpot winnings are paid out without limitations.
Request free Premium Funzpoints through other means.

6. Sweepstakes & Jackpot Entry

Eligible players can join Premium Games and Daily Jackpot Giveaway.
You may win extra Funzpoints or even redeem a gift if you accumulate enough Premium Funzpoints!
Details of each game’s prize structure are contained in each game’s Paytable.
You will also earn virtual tickets as you play to use for entries into the daily jackpot competition.

7. Account and Ownership

The account holder whose email is registered is recognized as the rightful owner.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no Premium Funzpoints activity for 60 consecutive days.
If an account is inactive for an extended period, the Premium Funzpoints associated with that account may also be forfeited.
Woopla reserves the right to suspend accounts or withdraw rewards at its discretion.

8. Legal & Privacy Terms

Participation is limited by the Terms of Service of the site and its Privacy Policy.
Any disputes must be addressed individually through binding arbitration.
Class action lawsuits are also prohibited in the site’s legal agreement.

9. Important Reminders

Adhering to all rules ensures eligibility and a level playing field.
Players should read game-specific rules to inform themselves of prize conditions.
Free participation is possible for all.

10. HOW TO ENTER THE DAILY JACKPOT SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION

Ticket Entry Mechanism

Tickets for the Daily Jackpot Sweepstakes are given out automatically whether you play in Standard or Premium Mode. GTI.kck get-post-terms(You see these tickets in your Ticket Wallet on the homepage of your account.

Ticket-to-Entry Conversion

Each ticket receives one Daily Jackpot Sweepstakes entry. YYou have more opportunities to win and get more tickets!

Automatic Daily Entry

Any ticket in your account at the time of the daily draw (post 10:00 PM Atlantic Time) is automatically entered. Points will be deducted from your account when you submit a ticket.

Jackpot Prizes

There’s a Daily Prize to be won every day. Prizes and winning details are posted in the Game Lobby or selection screen.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via:

Email associated with your account
On-screen alerts
Website notifications
Social media (e.g., Facebook)
Mail or whatever is on file

Important: Remember to update your contact information. If there is an error in your information, you may not be awarded a prize.

Premium Funzpoints as Prizes

The additional Funzpoints, part of the Daily Jackpot, are premium and can be redeemed for real cash prizes (see below).

Date
Full Name and Address
Display Name on Funzpoints
Email associated with your account
Signed declaration:
The user expresses their willingness to participate in X free sweepstakes entries and agrees to the general terms of service and sweepstakes rules on Funzpoints.pro.

12. Limits:

There is a limit of one mail-in request per envelope and one request every five business days.

You will get 10 tickets and 500 Premium Funzpoints if you are accepted.

13. PRIZES & REDEMPTION RULES

Funzpoints Premium Carry No Cash Value

You can’t even use them until you’ve satisfied any eligibility requirements.

Qualifying for Redemption

At least one Premium Mode redemption is required for locked Premium Funzpoints.
Featured “Premium” Funzpoints won from the Daily Jackpot Games are available right away.

Claiming Cash Prizes

You need to have at least 2000 Premium Funzpoints to qualify.
Exchange 100 Premium Funzpoints to get USD 1.00.
A processing fee may be charged (not to exceed actual costs).
The largest single redemption is 200,000 Premium Funzpoints.

NY and FL Residents: Please note:

Max daily redemption: 500,000 Premium Funzpoints Premium Funzpoints are Funzpoints you can cash out for a prize.
No sweepstakes prize will exceed $5,000 US dollars.

Tax Responsibility

All taxes, whether municipal, state, or elsewhere, are your responsibility.

Verification and Identity
Redemptions require verification:
The payment method name must match the account name.
Your age, ID, and the source of the funds (WP: PRP). You may ask.
Redemptions are only issued to valid bank accounts.

14. CHARGEBACKS, TERMINATION & FORFEITURE

If you do so, all pending redemptions will be cancelled, and your Account may be terminated and/or suspended.
If you close your account without redeeming all your Premium Funzpoints, the redemption value of your Premium Funzpoints will be lost.
All premium Funzpoints are non-transferable and will be voided if any account is closed.

15. PRIZE AWARDS

If you do not verify your identity or do not meet the requirements of the rules, the Sponsor will disqualify you from the contest and may keep any prize.
You won’t be feeling like a winner until your eligibility is confirmed.

16. NO REFUNDS POLICY

No refunds are given for Funzpoints and Ticket balances in the Standard Gaming format.
If you notice any billing discrepancy, please get in touch with our contact us page within 30 days.
It’s up to you to pay back all the chargebacks and fines.

17. MEDIA & PUBLICITY

By participating, you agree that:
Sponsors and affiliates are not responsible for injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer.
Sponsor shall have the right to use your name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media and any location in perpetuity without additional compensation.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

The sponsor’s performance of this Program is subject to the exception of force majeure, such as (i) acts of God, (ii) orders or regulations of any governmental or administrative body, or (iii) war or national emergency.
